About us!
Bitter Pill Press is a tiny publisher based on Kalapuya land (Corvallis, OR). It’s a platform for zines and games about queerness, disability, and anything else we want to make exist. The press is mainly run by me, Lee (lead editor, he/him), with help from my close friend and assistant editor Jessie (they/them). My goal is to share my own work, help other artists publish zines, and create collaborative projects that can hopefully provide some comfort or support for those who read them. All of the projects we work on are very personal to me and started from a desire for that kind of content to exist in the world. Any profit the press makes goes toward production costs, paying contributors, or my basic living expenses. Sadly I need money to survive, but it’s important to me that our zines are accessible to everyone, so digital copies are free (or pay what you want).
